What we collect
Enquiry details you send us (name, email, company, message) and job application details (name, contact details, languages, CV and any information you choose to share).
Why we use it
To answer enquiries, to provide our services and to assess job applications. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
Your consent, steps taken before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business, as applicable under the GDPR.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for up to 24 months. Job applications for up to 12 months after the recruitment process, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
